Key Responsibilities

Business Operations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers visiting the Service/Experience Centre, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
  • Meet daily performance goals and contribute to the achievement of team sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Address and resolve escalated customer issues within the agreed timeframe, ensuring full follow-up and satisfaction.
  • Stay well-informed about product offerings and promotions to facilitate effective customer interactions and actively participate in all relevant training programs.
  • Adhere to operational guidelines, ensuring compliance with all processes and procedures.
  • Keep up to date with any changes or updates within the team and business.
  • Engage with customers according to company communication policies, establishing trust and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information using the appropriate tools and methods.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for company information, demonstrating a deep understanding of all products and services to offer solutions and additional offerings where necessary.

Qualifications

  • Matric or equivalent work experience
  • Post-Matric qualification is a plus

Experience

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in a customer service role
