Key Responsibilities
As a Bank Better Champion at Capitec, your role will include:

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Bank Better Champion position, you need:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Strong communication skills in English (and other South African languages is a bonus).
- Basic computer literacy.
- A passion for customer service and people-focused work.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the banking sector.
Advantageous qualifications/skills:
- Experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- A tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or related fields.
