Introduction

The South African National Blood Service (SANBS) is seeking a dedicated Clinic Packer to join their Pretoria East Mobile team. This role is essential in ensuring that all clinic supplies—such as boxes, hampers, and medical equipment—are properly prepared, packed, and maintained. The successful candidate will also be responsible for arranging repairs, replacements, or maintenance as needed, ensuring the smooth operation of mobile clinic services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Accurately prepare, control, and pack clinic supplies according to the clinic’s size and standard checklists.
Guarantee that all equipment is packed neatly in designated boxes or hampers, kept clean, and remains in good working condition.
Perform clerical and administrative tasks efficiently to support clinic operations.

Job Requirements

Availability to work overtime within set conditions and willingness to work shifts when needed.
Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, lift items weighing up to 14kg, assist with vehicle loading/unloading, and manage stair climbing when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

Completed Grade 12 / Matric.
Valid Code 08 driver’s licence.
