Minimum Requirements
- A Grade 12 certificate (or an equivalent qualification).
- PSIRA registration at Grade C level.
- No prior work experience required.
- Computer literacy, particularly in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Completion of Basic Security Officer Training.

- Ability to plan and execute duties efficiently.
Technical Competencies:
- Familiarity with the national security environment and relevant policies.
- Understanding of legislation relating to public security and access control, including the Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS).
- Knowledge of applicable emergency procedures.
Key Responsibilities
The appointed candidate will be expected to:
- Manage and control access to the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols and monitoring of facilities.
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of all security registers and documentation.
