Available Positions

1. Drivers

As a Pedros Driver, you will be the face of our brand when delivering meals to our customers. We are looking for reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious individuals with excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Safely deliver customer orders on time.
• Ensure food is handled with care and presented neatly.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle or motorbike in good condition.
• Assist in-store when not on delivery runs.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (motorbike or car, depending on delivery needs).
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and presentable.

2. Cleaners

Cleaners play a crucial role in maintaining the Pedro’s standard of hygiene and cleanliness. Your work ensures that both staff and customers enjoy a safe and pleasant environment.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, restrooms, and store facilities.
• Ensure waste is disposed of properly.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Support the team by keeping work areas organized and hygienic.

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience is an advantage, but not required.
• Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.

3. Waiters

As a Waiter at Pedros, you will interact directly with customers, making sure they have a great dining experience. We need friendly, approachable, and professional team members who can handle a busy environment with ease.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers with a smile.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages promptly.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely.

4. Grillers

The grill is the heart of Pedros, and we are looking for skilled Grillers who can bring our flame-grilled chicken to life. If you have a passion for cooking and can work under pressure, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and grill chicken and other menu items to Pedro’s standards.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ensure consistency in portion sizes and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized grilling station.
• Assist with stock rotation and food preparation.

Requirements:

• Experience in a kitchen or grilling environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work in hot, fast-paced conditions.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be reliable and dedicated to producing quality food.
