General Requirements
Applicants are expected to meet the following minimum criteria (specific roles may carry additional requirements):
- Educational level: Grade 10 to Grade 12, depending on the position
- Previous experience in security, cleaning, or related fields is advantageous
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Security Guard Training, First Aid, Fire Safety, CPR) may be required
- Good communication skills in English
- Physically fit, dependable, and able to meet job demands
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and flexible hours
- High levels of integrity and reliability
Available Roles
1. Security Officers
Duties:
- Perform regular patrols and monitor client sites
- Operate surveillance systems and respond promptly to alarms
- Compile and submit accurate incident reports
- Assist with emergencies and conflict resolution when required
Requirements:
- Security Guard Certification (preferred)
- First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage
- Previous security experience is beneficial
- Excellent situational awareness and decision-making skills
Salary: R6,800 – R10,500 per month
2. Drivers
Duties:
- Transport stock safely and efficiently
- Assist with loading/unloading deliveries
- Ensure vehicles remain roadworthy and well maintained
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 10
- Valid driver’s license (appropriate code)
- Physically able to handle stock as needed
Salary: R4,500 – R6,000 per month
3. Cleaners
Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas
- Clean aisles, restrooms, staff areas, and common spaces
- Sanitize trolleys, baskets, and equipment
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 10
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends
Salary: R4,000 – R5,500 per month
4. General Workers
Duties:
- Assist with stock movement and general housekeeping
- Load, offload, and carry stock
- Support store operations and other departments as needed
Requirements:
- Grade 10 or higher
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
- Eagerness to learn new tasks
Salary: R4,500 – R6,000 per month
5. CCTV Footage Assistants
Duties:
- Monitor CCTV feeds and support surveillance operations
- Assist supervisors with incident investigations
- Record and report security-related activities
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (preferred)
- Basic technical or IT knowledge advantageous
- Strong observation skills and ability to remain alert for extended periods
Salary: R10,000 – R17,000 per month
