🚛 Available Positions

1. Drivers

Our drivers are the backbone of the Coca-Cola distribution network. They ensure products are delivered safely, on time, and in excellent condition to customers and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport Coca-Cola products between warehouses, distribution centers, and retail outlets.
• Adhere to road safety and traffic regulations at all times.
• Perform vehicle checks and basic maintenance before and after trips.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Complete delivery records, invoices, and route logs accurately.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (Code 10/14 or equivalent).
• Professional Driving Permit (PrDP) is an advantage.
• At least Grade 10 or higher.
• Previous driving experience in a logistics or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment is beneficial.
• Good communication and time management skills.

2. Warehouse Workers

Our warehouse workers play a vital role in ensuring that operations run smoothly behind the scenes. They are responsible for handling, organizing, and preparing Coca-Cola products for distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading delivery trucks.
• Picking, packing, and labeling products according to orders.
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse.
• Assisting with stock-taking and inventory control.
• Following health and safety guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Grade 10 education.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Team player with strong attention to detail.
• Prior warehouse or retail experience is an added advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts if required.

3. General Assistants

General Assistants support various operations and departments within the company. Their role is versatile and vital to the daily functioning of Coca-Cola’s facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with day-to-day operational tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Keeping work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Supporting warehouse, production, and logistics teams as needed.
• Handling basic administrative or operational tasks.
• Following company safety and compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Grade 10 or higher.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
