Available Positions
1. Drivers
As a Pedros Driver, you’ll be the face of our brand on the road. Your role will be to deliver food orders safely, efficiently, and on time. You’ll interact with customers, ensuring they receive their orders with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver orders to customers on time.
- Handle cash and card payments when required.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene during the transportation of meals.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
- Provide excellent customer service at every stop.
Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic rules.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a friendly attitude.
2. Grillers
Grillers are at the heart of our kitchen. If you enjoy working with food, keeping things sizzling, and ensuring quality meals are prepared consistently, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Grill chicken and other items to Pedro’s standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the kitchen.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to prepare meals on time.
- Follow recipes and portion standards for consistency.
- Ensure that food quality always meets customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in grilling or kitchen work is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A passion for food and high standards of hygiene.
3. Waiters
Our Waiters are the direct link to our customers inside the restaurant. They make sure that every guest feels welcome, attended to, and leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Answer customer queries and make recommendations.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are always clean and presentable.
- Handle payments and maintain excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work on your feet for long periods.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- A friendly, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
4. Cleaners
Cleaners are the unsung heroes who ensure that our restaurants remain spotless and hygienic. Their role is essential in creating a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the restaurant clean and tidy at all times.
- Maintain hygiene in restrooms, dining areas, and kitchens.
- Follow cleaning schedules and safety guidelines.
- Assist with waste management and recycling.
- Support the team in creating a welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- No formal experience needed – training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail.
