Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a Cleaner at our Atlantis site, you will be expected to deliver top-tier cleaning services. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Identifying and Actioning Cleaning Opportunities:
   Beyond scheduled tasks, you will be proactive in noticing and addressing areas that require attention, ensuring the highest standard of hygiene is consistently maintained.
2. Timely Completion of Cleaning Tasks:
   All assigned cleaning activities must be completed within the time frames provided while ensuring accuracy, detail, and adherence to Tsebo’s standards.
3. Cleaning in Designated Areas:
   Duties may include offices, wards, public spaces, restrooms, and any other areas assigned by your line manager.
4. Upholding Tsebo Hygiene Standards:
   Every task must be carried out in line with Tsebo’s hygiene and safety protocols.
5. Client and Customer Interaction:
   You will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with clients and site users by being approachable, courteous, and service-driven.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of Grade 11 education.
• Previous experience as a Cleaner will be advantageous, although not mandatory for candidates who demonstrate the ability to learn quickly.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, such as a buffing machine, and the ability to manage tools and supplies efficiently will be beneficial.
