• Customer Service Excellence:

• Order Preparation & Accuracy:
  • Prepare and assemble menu items to the highest McDonald’s standards.
  • Cook food items safely and efficiently using grills, fryers, ovens, and other equipment.
  • Package orders neatly and ensure that every customer receives exactly what they ordered.
• Restaurant Operations & Cleanliness:
  • Maintain a clean and inviting dining area, kitchen, and food preparation zones.
  • Follow health, hygiene, and food safety guidelines at all times.
  • Assist in stock management, ensuring ingredients and supplies are well-organized and stored correctly.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with your fellow crew members and managers to achieve daily sales and service goals.
  • Communicate clearly with your team to keep service running smoothly during busy hours.
  • Support and encourage your teammates, because success is achieved together.
• Adaptability & Flexibility:
  • Be available for different shift times, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric certificate.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Must live within 15km of Pretorius Park, Gauteng.
  • Clear criminal record.
• Preferred (but not essential):
  • Previous experience as a Crew Member, Team Member, or in the food service/hospitality sector.
  • Candidates between the ages of 18 and 65.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
