Available Positions

1. Truck Drivers (Code 10 & Code 14)

As a truck driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our products reach retailers, wholesalers, and customers safely and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Eskort delivery trucks.
• Load and offload goods with care.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed as scheduled.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform daily checks.
• Comply with road safety and company transport regulations.

Requirements:

• Valid Code 10/14 driver’s license with a PDP.
• At least 2 years of driving experience (preferably in FMCG).
• Clear driving record and sober habits.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends/public holidays.

2. Truck Assistants

Truck assistants will support drivers in loading, offloading, and handling goods, ensuring timely deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading stock.
• Verify and check goods against delivery notes.
• Provide directions and support to drivers when needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of trucks and packaging.

Requirements:

• Grade 10/12 (advantageous).
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy goods.
• Team player with good communication skills.

3. Forklift Drivers

Our forklift operators are essential for smooth warehouse and factory operations, ensuring goods are moved efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to load, move, and stack products.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of goods.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections.
• Follow warehouse safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift driver’s license.
• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

4. General Workers

General workers are the backbone of daily operations, assisting in multiple areas where needed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in production, packaging, and storage.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Carry out general factory or warehouse duties as instructed.

Requirements:

• No experience required (training provided).
• Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks.

5. Cleaners

Cleaners ensure that our facilities meet hygiene and safety standards, keeping workspaces spotless.

Responsibilities:

• Clean offices, production areas, and facilities.
• Dispose of waste correctly.
• Ensure bathrooms, kitchens, and staff areas are tidy.
• Follow strict hygiene and sanitation procedures.

Requirements:

• Grade 10/12 advantageous.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and reliability.
