Available Positions

1. Security Guards

Security Guards are the frontline defenders of our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining visible presence, preventing crime, responding to incidents, and ensuring that people and property are protected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle.
• Monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
• Conduct routine security checks and report any irregularities.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, or suspicious activity.
• Enforce site rules and regulations with professionalism.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a secure environment.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) preferred but not always required.
• Valid PSIRA registration (minimum Grade C).
• Previous experience in security will be an advantage.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for long hours.
• Strong sense of discipline, honesty, and reliability.

2. Control Room Operators

Control Room Operators are the eyes and ears of our security operations. Working from our monitoring hubs, you will oversee surveillance systems, dispatch teams, and ensure that incidents are managed swiftly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and other electronic security equipment.
• Log incidents accurately and report to supervisors or clients as required.
• Dispatch response teams when alarms or emergencies occur.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with field staff.
• Ensure that all security protocols and procedures are strictly followed.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric) essential.
• Valid PSIRA registration (minimum Grade C).
• Experience as a Control Room Operator is highly desirable.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work with monitoring systems.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations.
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and communication abilities.
