Key Responsibilities

- Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate any unresolved queries or operational issues to management to ensure they are addressed promptly.
- Administrative Reporting: Record and report transactional activities in line with company guidelines. This includes updating records and providing management with accurate and timely information for decision-making.
- Call Handling: Monitor and manage outgoing trunk calls and incoming reverse-charge calls, ensuring company policies are followed at all times.
- Work Planning: Organise and manage your daily work routine in a structured manner to achieve set performance objectives.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure all work is performed in alignment with company policies, governance, legal, ethical, and compliance standards.
Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Education: A Grade 12 (Matric) certificate is essential.
- Experience: Previous experience in the motor industry will be a strong advantage, although not compulsory.
- Additional Certification: A Receptionist certificate or training will be considered beneficial.
- Record: Clear criminal record is mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills are non-negotiable. You should be confident, polite, and professional in all interactions.
