Position Overview
The Foreman/Team Leader will play a critical role in overseeing daily mining operations while ensuring the safety, productivity, and efficiency of their team. This position requires someone who is proactive, hands-on, and capable of guiding a diverse team of mining personnel toward achieving operational targets. Key Responsibilities
As a Foreman/Team Leader at Venetia Mine, your primary responsibilities will include:

Required Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate; a tertiary qualification in Mining or a related field is advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Foreman, Team Leader, or in a supervisory role within the mining industry.
• Strong knowledge of mining operations, machinery, and safety procedures.
