What You’ll Be Doing
In your role, you’ll take on a wide range of responsibilities that ensure everything runs smoothly on the shop floor. Key tasks include:
- Stock Management: Unpack, count, document, and manage stock levels so products are always available.
- Visual Merchandising: Create attractive displays, plan layouts, and design signage that draws customers’ attention.
- Product Care: Make sure every product is priced, displayed, and maintained correctly. Remove expired or damaged items promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to achieve business goals.
- Customer Interaction: Offer advice, assist with queries, and resolve customer issues where needed.
- Store Upkeep: Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized store and stockroom area.
Your success will be measured by accurate stock records, beautifully maintained displays, strong teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Need to Apply
To be considered for this opportunity, you’ll need the following:
- A Matric/Grade 12 certificate
- Valid South African ID
- Bank confirmation letter & SARS letter
- Your own smartphone (with a Vodacom SIM card if you are selected)
- Clear criminal record
- Reside within 15 km of Pretoria West
Bonus points if you have:
- Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or sales-related roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Teamwork and adaptability
- You’re between the ages of 22–39
