We are currently hiring for the following roles across various Galito’s branches:
1. Cleaners
As a cleaner, you’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant. Your job helps us create a welcoming and safe environment for our customers and team members.
Key Duties:
- Cleaning tables, floors, restrooms, and workstations
- Emptying bins and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Assisting with basic cleaning of kitchen utensils and equipment
- Ensuring the restaurant is neat and ready for customers at all times
Requirements:
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Able to work under pressure
- Good attention to detail
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
2. General Assistants
General Assistants are the backbone of our restaurants, helping with a variety of tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Duties:
- Assisting in food preparation and service
- Restocking supplies and maintaining kitchen organization
- Helping customers when needed
- Supporting the grillers, cashiers, and managers as required
Requirements:
- Energetic and willing to learn
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment

3. Cashiers
As the face of Galito’s, cashiers provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth transactions at the front counter.
Key Duties:
- Greeting customers and taking orders accurately

- Assisting customers with menu choices and promotions
- Maintaining cleanliness at the front counter area
Requirements:
- Friendly and professional personality
- Strong communication and numeracy skills
- Basic computer or POS experience
- Ability to handle cash responsibly
4. Grillers
Our grillers are the heart of Galito’s kitchen. They’re responsible for preparing our signature flame-grilled chicken to perfection, ensuring every meal meets our quality standards.
Key Duties:
- Preparing and marinating chicken and other menu items
- Grilling food to Galito’s specifications
- Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Working closely with kitchen team members for efficient service
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or grill environment is an advantage

- Ability to work under pressure and in hot environments

🕓 Work Schedule
