Available Positions
1. General Workers
General Workers form the backbone of Choppies’ daily operations. They handle a variety of tasks to keep stores, warehouses, and delivery centers running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with loading and offloading stock from delivery trucks.
- Ensuring shelves are well-stocked and neatly arranged.
- Cleaning work areas and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Assisting with packing, labeling, and organizing goods in storage areas.
- Supporting store teams during busy periods.
- Helping customers when needed in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 10 qualification.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to lift and move items safely.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

2. Truck Drivers
Truck Drivers play a key role in ensuring goods are safely and efficiently transported from warehouses to Choppies stores nationwide. Reliable drivers are essential to maintaining the smooth supply of products to customers across South Africa.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transporting goods between Choppies warehouses, distribution centers, and retail outlets.
- Ensuring safe driving practices and adherence to traffic laws at all times.
- Inspecting and maintaining vehicle condition before and after trips.
- Keeping accurate delivery records and completing required paperwork.
- Communicating effectively with dispatchers and store managers.
- Ensuring products are handled and delivered safely to prevent damage or loss.
Requirements:
- Valid South African driver’s license (Code 10 or Code 14 preferred).
- Valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit).
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience in a retail or logistics environment.
- Sound knowledge of South African road networks and transport routes.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to work long hours and handle physical demands of the job.

3. Cashiers
