• Monitoring and patrolling assigned premises on foot or by vehicle
• Controlling access to facilities and ensuring authorized entry of staff, visitors, and vehicles
• Reporting suspicious activity, irregularities, or safety hazards to supervisors
• Preventing loss, theft, and vandalism by maintaining a visible and vigilant presence
• Assisting in emergencies such as evacuations, first aid response, and conflict de-escalation
• Completing daily occurrence and incident reports accurately and promptly
• Maintaining professional conduct and communication at all times
• Working effectively with team members, management, and clients

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the role of Security Guard at Natpro Security Services, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Grade 10 or higher (Grade 12 / Matric preferred)
• Valid PSIRA registration (minimum Grade E or higher)
• At least 6 months of security experience preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level positions

• Excellent observation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write, and follow written or verbal instructions
