Available Positions
1. Truck Drivers
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport goods from the warehouse to various branches and customer locations.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Ensure proper loading and securing of goods for safe transportation.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Follow all traffic regulations and company policies on the road.
Requirements:
- Valid Code 10 or Code 14 driver’s license with a valid PDP.
- Minimum of 2 years’ driving experience in a similar role.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to handle long-distance routes and meet delivery deadlines.
- Knowledge of road safety procedures and defensive driving principles.
2. Truck Assistants
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading goods at warehouses, stores, and customer sites.
- Verify quantities and ensure the correct products are loaded.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in delivery vehicles.
- Help with route navigation and delivery documentation.
- Support the driver with general logistics duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 10 qualification.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy goods.
- Willingness to travel long distances and work flexible hours.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
3. Store Managers
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including staff supervision and sales performance.
- Ensure the store meets its sales and customer service targets.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and ensure accurate stock rotation.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and store presentation.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Lead, motivate, and train store staff to deliver excellent service.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification (a Diploma or Degree in Retail Management is an advantage).
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in retail or store management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
4. General Assistants
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in store operations including packing, cleaning, and stock arrangement.
- Help customers locate products and provide friendly service.
- Assist with receiving and unpacking stock deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness in the store and cold storage areas.
- Support the store team with any general duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 10 qualification.
- No prior experience required — training will be provided.
- Energetic, reliable, and able to work under supervision.
- Must be willing to work weekends and public holidays when required.
