Key Responsibilities
As a Security Guard at Infantry Security Services, you will play a vital role in maintaining safety, preventing crime, and ensuring that clients’ properties are fully protected. Your daily responsibilities will include:
Conducting routine patrols on foot or by vehicle around client premises.
Monitoring and controlling access to buildings, gates, and other restricted areas.
Observing and reporting any suspicious activities, persons, or vehicles.
Checking security systems such as alarms, CCTV, and surveillance equipment.
Responding swiftly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies in accordance with company procedures.
Ensuring visitors and staff adhere to all safety and security protocols.

This position requires vigilance, honesty, and the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Grade 10, 11, or 12 (Matric not always required for some posts).
PSIRA Registration (Minimum Grade C; higher grades will be an advantage).
Proven experience in a security-related role will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.
Strong communication skills – ability to interact professionally with the public and clients.
Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for long hours.
No criminal record – background checks will be conducted.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Reliable transport to and from work sites.
