Your Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate and Brand Ambassador, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our store runs smoothly and our customers leave inspired. Your daily tasks will include:

• Representing our brand with pride and professionalism. You’ll be an ambassador for Totalsports and TFG, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our values of authenticity, motivation, and innovation.
• Delivering world-class customer experiences. Exceed customer expectations by listening actively, identifying their needs, and recommending the best products and solutions to suit their sporting goals and lifestyle.
• Driving sales and achieving targets. You will keep a close eye on sales performance, work towards achieving your personal and store targets, and celebrate success with your team.
• Keeping up with the latest trends. Stay informed about new product launches, global and local fashion trends, and the latest developments in sports and fitness.
• Maintaining store readiness. Assist in replenishing stock, organizing displays, and ensuring the store remains neat, welcoming, and visually appealing at all times.
• Identifying new opportunities for growth. Take initiative in finding ways to attract new customers, strengthen relationships with regular shoppers, and expand your product knowledge to increase sales potential.

Your enthusiasm, initiative, and teamwork will contribute directly to the store’s success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate (essential)
• Retail or customer service experience will be an added advantage, particularly in the sports, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
• A passion for people, products, and performance.
• A flexible attitude and willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
