We are accepting CVs for several positions. You may indicate on your CV or cover letter which role(s) you are most interested in.

1. Counter & Customer Service Assistants

• Greeting customers with a warm, friendly attitude
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Packaging food for takeaway
• Managing payments (cash and card)
• Maintaining a clean counter and front-of-house area
• Helping customers with menu questions or special requests

This position is ideal for someone outgoing, patient, and comfortable working in a public-facing role.

2. Kitchen Assistants & Food Preparation Staff

• Preparing chips, batter, and other menu items
• Assisting the fry cook with station setup and replenishment
• Ensuring food is cooked to our quality standards
• Following food safety, hygiene, and cleaning procedures
• Keeping the kitchen organised and efficient

This role suits individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in fast-paced environments.

3. Fry Cook Assistants (Training Provided)

• Assisting the main cook during busy shifts
• Helping manage fryers safely and efficiently
• Learning to cook fish, chips, and sides to perfection
• Ensuring portion control and consistent quality

Experience in a takeaway or kitchen setting is a bonus but not required—we are happy to train the right person.
