🚚 1. Driver Positions
Location: Various Motus branches across South Africa
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent
Remuneration: Competitive market-related salary plus benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport vehicles, goods, or passengers between designated locations.
- Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company transport policies.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure all deliveries or collections are done timeously and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate trip sheets and delivery documentation.
- Uphold a professional image of Motus when interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Assist with loading and offloading goods when required.
- Keep the assigned vehicle clean and in good working condition at all times.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 10 or higher (Grade 12 advantageous).
- Valid South African driver’s license (Code 8, 10, or 14 depending on the position).
- A valid PDP (Professional Driving Permit) will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of driving experience.
- Sound knowledge of South African road networks and safety regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be punctual, responsible, and physically fit.

- Maintain the cleanliness of Motus offices, showrooms, and workshop areas.
- Sweep, mop, and polish floors daily.
- Clean windows, furniture, and vehicle display areas.
- Empty bins, sanitize bathrooms, and restock cleaning supplies.
- Follow health and safety standards and maintain hygiene in all areas.
- Assist in keeping staff facilities neat and tidy.
- Report any damages, leaks, or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Support the team during events or customer visits to ensure premises look presentable.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 9 or equivalent (Grade 10 preferred).
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience in a corporate or automotive environment will be advantageous.
