Join Our Team as an Admin Manager – Pinetown Build It

Pinetown Build It is looking for an experienced and driven Admin Manager to become part of our energetic team. If you’re organized, proactive, and ready to take the lead on administrative operations, we want to hear from you!

Role Purpose

To ensure all administrative systems and procedures are executed accurately and efficiently in real time, supporting smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain efficient administrative systems and operations
  • Ensure suppliers and trade creditors are paid accurately and on schedule
  • Oversee banking processes and transactions
  • Keep all policies and procedures current and compliant
  • Monitor and control expenses
  • Manage staff-related administrative functions
  • Foster strong teamwork and collaboration with store employees

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Matric / Senior Certificate
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the FMCG sector
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping principles (a formal qualification will be an added advantage)
  • Proficiency in IQ Retail and other relevant in-house systems
  • Strong team spirit
  • High levels of honesty, reliability, and self-motivation
  • Strong ethical standards
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure
  • Skilled in reporting and analysis
  • Solid computer skills, especially with IQ Retail and Microsoft Office
