As an Engen Petrol Attendant, you will be the face of the brand, ensuring every customer leaves the station satisfied and smiling. You will handle fueling services, offer friendly assistance, check oil and water levels, clean windscreens, and make sure each vehicle leaves in top condition. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Welcoming customers warmly and providing top-quality service at the pump.
- Filling up vehicles with petrol or diesel as per customer requests.
- Checking oil levels, water levels, and tyre pressure when needed.
- Cleaning windscreens and ensuring vehicles are ready to hit the road safely.
- Handling cash and card payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining cleanliness and order at the pump island and service area.
- Reporting any equipment faults, safety hazards, or irregularities to management.
- Assisting with stock control and monitoring fuel levels.

🎓 Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following:
- Minimum qualification: Grade 10 (Matric not required but advantageous).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong communication skills in English and at least one South African language.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly and respectful attitude.
- Reliable, punctual, and honest.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
