Current Opportunities Available
Imvula Security is now hiring for the following positions:
- Cleaners (Various Sites Across South Africa)
- Security Guards / Officers (Grade C, D, and E)
These positions are open in several regions, including Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape, and Limpopo. Applicants are encouraged to apply for positions in their nearest province or city.
1. Cleaner Positions
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness in designated areas such as offices, restrooms, corridors, and outdoor spaces.
- Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing as required.
- Ensure all cleaning tools and supplies are used efficiently and safely.
- Assist in maintaining hygiene standards in work areas, kitchens, and public spaces.
- Report any maintenance or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Support general site operations by ensuring workspaces are tidy and welcoming for staff and visitors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Grade 10 education.
- Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties daily.

2. Security Guard Positions
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide visible and professional security presence at client sites.
- Monitor access control points and ensure authorized entry of staff, visitors, and vehicles.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections of premises.
- Report and respond to any suspicious behavior, theft, or security breaches.
- Maintain detailed occurrence books and write daily incident reports.
- Support emergency response efforts and follow company security procedures.
- Promote safety and order at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Grade 10 or 11 education.
- Must have a PSIRA Certificate (Grade C, D, or E) that is valid and in good standing.
- Previous security experience will be an added advantage.
- Must be alert, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Good communication skills in English and at least one South African language.
- Must be physically fit and have no criminal record.
